01

Overview

Rehagro is an education and consulting company focused on agribusiness, operating across five major areas: Coffee, Grains, Beef Cattle, Dairy and Management.

I worked as a Senior Product Designer on Rehsult, a platform designed to support dairy consultants in managing farms, applying consulting methodologies and developing their professional skills.

I contributed to the product throughout its lifecycle, from discovery and MVP definition to implementation and launch.

02

Context and challenge

Rehagro brings together professors, specialists and consultants with extensive expertise in dairy farming. The challenge was to transform this knowledge into a digital product capable of structuring and supporting consultants' work in the field.

Rehsult was created to bring farm management, technical monitoring, planning and professional development tools together in a single platform.

As the Product Designer responsible for the product, I worked with a multidisciplinary team of managers, professors, specialists, technology professionals, consultants and farmers to investigate the problem, define priorities and design the MVP.

03

Process

Discovery

We started the project with a two-day Design Sprint, bringing together professionals from different areas of the business to define who we were designing for, which problems we needed to solve and what value the product should deliver.

From this initial work, we developed hypotheses, user journeys, empathy maps and the first directions for the MVP.

Research

We conducted semi-structured interviews and surveys with consultants, along with field visits to dairy farms to observe their routines, processes and challenges firsthand.

Field research was essential to understand not only what users said they needed, but also how their work actually happened in the context of the farms.

From insights to MVP

Research findings, combined with benchmarking involving professionals and companies in the industry, helped define the product's features and priorities.

We translated these hypotheses into flows, interfaces and prototypes, allowing us to discuss and validate solutions before development and progressively evolve the product toward the MVP launch.

04

Solution

Rehsult was designed as an integrated environment supporting the consultant's entire workflow.

Farm management and monitoring

Consultants can manage the farms they support, monitor technical indicators and compare performance through different benchmarking levels.

Diagnosis and planning

Checklists and diagnostic tools help identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into structured work plans and action plans for each farm.

Reports

Automated report generation reduces operational work and helps standardize communication between consultants, farmers and companies.

Integrated learning

Technical content, tutorials, forums, meetings and training complement the management tools, allowing professional development to happen alongside day-to-day consulting work.

Management, consulting and learning integrated into a single digital experience.

05

Impact

My contribution covered the full Rehsult product development cycle: discovery, research, ideation, experience architecture, prototyping, validation and implementation follow-up.

I also participated in the product rollout for its first major client, Piracanjuba, onboarding more than 100 consultants from different regions of Brazil onto the platform.

Another important milestone was Rehsult's national launch at Interleite 2024.

Rehsult was introduced nationally at Interleite 2024, marking a new stage in the product's evolution and its introduction to the market.
