Overview
PFA is a free educational platform developed by Rehagro to prepare Agricultural Sciences students for the job market. It brings together courses, assessments, mentoring, specialized content and career opportunities within a digital community.
I worked as a Senior Product Designer from discovery through the delivery of the mobile and desktop MVP, covering research, co-creation, interaction flows, gamification, visual identity, Design System and prototyping.

Context and challenge
Academic education provides technical knowledge, but entering the job market also requires skills such as leadership, communication, emotional intelligence and preparation for recruitment processes.
The challenge was to transform this content into an accessible and engaging digital experience that could support students' development and encourage continuous participation.

Process
The work began with co-creation sessions involving the design team and Rehagro's education specialists, supported by user research and empathy mapping.
Based on these insights, I developed interaction flows, wireframes and prototypes, as well as the visual identity and Design System. The process covered both mobile and desktop experiences and continued after the MVP, with student feedback interviews and ongoing improvements to the platform.

Solution
Learn, grow and connect.
The experience was structured as a gamified learning journey: students move through a learning cycle, complete assessments, earn points and progress through levels, unlocking new content along the way. A points-based ranking among participants adds a competitive element to the experience.
The community brings together courses, talks, case studies, assessments and job opportunities offered through PFA. Students can also explore other members' profiles and follow their progress, creating more opportunities for interaction and networking.

Impact
PFA provides free access to professional development and career preparation resources, connecting students from different backgrounds with opportunities across the agribusiness sector.

After taking the course, I learned how to better understand my emotional profile and how to approach a job interview. I was able to highlight my strengths while also working on areas I needed to improve.
After completing the course, I was able to define the field I wanted to pursue. I learned to better manage my insecurities and fears. Over time, my self-confidence grew, and today I have a much clearer understanding of both my professional and personal profile.
